Indications: Egg albumins have a very high biological value and are highly efficient proteins. They have a balanced amino acid profile, similar to that of whey proteins, and they represent a particularly rich, natural source of branched-chain amino acids. They are complete from the nutritional standpoint because they provide essential amino acids in sufficient quantities to meet the body’s needs for maintenance and growth.
The gastric emptying times for egg albumins and globulins are longer than for whey proteins, and similar to those of caseins, making this product readily digestible and biologically effective, but more effective in quenching the appetite than whey proteins. The addition of a granulated mixture of B complex vitamins (B1, B2, B6) facilitates the metabolization of the amino acids in the muscle protein (myofibrils) reconstruction process.
Use: dissolve 2 heaped spoonfuls (approximately 30 g) of product in 200-250 ml of water or skimmed milk, and drink between meals.
