Omega 3 are defined as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and are technically polyunsaturated fatty acids that, from the biochemical standpoint, feature a double bond in position 3 (omega 3). Omega 3 are essential fatty acids: this term is used to mean that our body is incapable of synthesizing them so their absorption in the diet is fundamentally important in providing the body daily with the intake it needs to meet its nutritional requirement of these substances.
Use: 2 capsules after meals.
